Today marks a very special time to stop and reflect, memorialize and say thank you to the people who made the ultimate sacrifice. Take a moment this Memorial day and do something nice for someone as a way to pay tribute to the people who made it possible for us to have the freedom We have every day.
Over this weekend, I had the honor to visit our manufacture. I was visiting both inspect and approve the final steps as the Allman knives enter the last stage of production. It was an eye opening experience to work alongside 85+ people involved in making this product a reality. There is a lot of moving parts behind the scenes and I am excited to share with you guys a bit of that process!
As a Family owned business with over 35 years of experience, they have the process of making knives down to a science. Knife making is an art form and watching that process in action is always an eye-opening experience.
Every detail matters when making a precision product like the Allman. No step is overlooked, from the CNC of each handle, down to the final assembly. Each screw and bearing is custom fit and manufactured specifically for the Allman.
Getting a chance to hear the stories of the people behind our product was an impacting experience. Not only does it deepen my passion for the process, but it opened my eyes to the reality of making an amazing product. It takes amazing people.
With everything underway, the production processes are going smoothly. After a final inspection and approval, we are still on our original schedule to begin fulfillment in July. Soon the knives will be assembled and inspected.
So now that assembly is underway, I can focus on one of my favorite steps, Packing! I believe the experience of a product begins at the box... I take pride in the experience of opening our products!
The final product has come to be an even better version of what we hoped for and we can't wait to get these knives into your hands!

Hey Guys!
We wanted to send out a quick update to bring you guys up to speed on how things are going on our end!
The survey went really well! 94% of you completed it in the first week, which great and allowed for us to get those final numbers in to our manufacture to keep production on schedule. We have sourced our materials and began production. We will have some production photos soon to give you a look into the production processes.
